Itinerary
- Day 1 – Board the Galapagos Angel:
Arrive at Baltra Airport and transfer to Santa Cruz Island where you’ll board the Galapagos Angel. Set sail, keeping an eye out for wildlife as you pause at Bachas Beach. - Day 2 – Pinnacle Rock:
Explore Dragon Hill, hiking to a lagoon lookout. Then, cruise to Bartolome Island and the famous Pinnacle Rock, stopping at a beach for the opportunity to swim with Galapagos penguins. - Day 3 – Espinoza Point:
The day begins with snorkelling at Vicente Roca Point, looking out for sea turtles and mola mola. This afternoon, land at Espinoza Point on Fernandina Island to visit the nesting site of a colony of flightless cormorants. - Day 4 – Elizabeth Bay:
Visit Tagus Cove then head to Elizabeth Bay on Isabela Island’s east coast. Explore by panga to spot penguins and blue-footed boobies and swim, alongside abundant marine life. - Day 5 – Morena Point:
Visit Urbina Bay for excellent snorkelling then Moreno Point, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore crater tide pools. Look out for flamingos, reef sharks and sea turtles. - Day 6 – Sierra Negra Volcano:
Explore the Galapagos’ largest basaltic caldera and the diverse vegetation around it. Later, head to the tortoise breeding centre on South Isabela. - Day 7 – Devil’s Crown:
Snorkel among the diverse marine life of Devil’s Crown. Continue on to Cormorant Point and its lagoon to observe the birdlife. - Day 8 – Depart the Galapagos:
Your final stop, Mosquera Islet boast one of the Galapagos’ largest sealion populations. Transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight back to the mainland.
