Welcome to Melbourne! On arrival, make your own way to the Avani Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences, where check-in is available from 2.00pm.

After a delicious buffet breakfast, board your included transfer to the world-renowned Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show.
Held within the stunning heritage-listed Royal Exhibition Building and the picturesque Carlton Gardens, the show is the largest horticultural event in the Southern Hemisphere. As the sun sets, experience the magical Gardens by Twilight event. The gardens transform into an enchanting evening spectacle featuring illuminated display gardens, live entertainment, fire performers, stilt walkers, LED artists and an impressive Arts & Sculpture Precinct showcasing works from hundreds of Australian artists. Getting to the Flower & Garden Show – Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone operates within the CBD and stops directly out the front of the Carlton Gardens. The closest tram stop within the Free Tram Stop zone is Stop 10 Nicholson St and Victoria Parade.
TRAM – The Closest Tram stop to the Mercure Welcome is on the Corner of Bourke & Swanston Street (the stop is right in front of the Telstra Shop) If you catch the 86 or 96 tram that will take you to Stop 10 at Nicolson Street & Victoria Parade. The Hotel has Melbourne City Maps at reception and when you check in they are able to highlight each of the stops (Closest to Hotel & Carlton Gardens) on the map.
TRAIN – The closest train station is Parliament Station which is in the City Loop. Parliament Station’s Spring / Lonsdale Street provides lift access to street level. This exit is only 600m from the Victoria St Entrance to the show (Carlton Gardens).
