Exclusions

Exclusions include meals not specified, drinks with meals, optional programs, visas (if necessary), travel insurance (highly recommended), tipping, personal expenses, and anything not specifically detailed in your itinerary – all of these are your own responsibility.

Payment

To secure your booking with Travel Central, an initial deposit of $400 per person is needed. A second deposit (partial payment) is due 12 months before departure, with the amount to be advised at the time of booking. Airfare balance with-in 3 days (amount to be advised). The final balance must be settled 5 months before departure. For departures within 5 months, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

Fitness

A moderate fitness level is mandatory. Participants must be able to move unaided, including embarking and disembarking coaches, climbing flights of stairs, and navigating uneven or cobbled streets or steep terrain. This trip is unsuitable for travelers needing wheelchair, mobility scooters, or disabled guest facilities. Other walking aids may be allowed if you can move unaided at the necessary pace. It is crucial to disclose any physical ailments at the time of booking.

Pace

This tour is leisurely paced, featuring early starts and a few long travel days, allowing maximum sightseeing opportunities. Typically, one to two nights are spent at each destination.

Solo Occupancy

For solo occupancy, a supplemental fee starting from $700 per person is applied in addition to the twin share price.

Triple Share

Triple sharing is not an available option.

Extra Accommodation

Before or after the tour, accommodation in Delhi, inclusive of breakfast, can be arranged, starting from $150 per night, based on availability. Transfers for extended stays are not included.

Child

The tour is most suitable for adult travelers and not advised for children below 12 years. Children 12 years and above will be charged adult prices and must be accompanied by an adult.

Price

Prices are in Australian dollars per person for twin share and are subject to change, cancellation, or withdrawal without notice. Surcharges may be applied for certain travel periods and departure cities.

Amendment

Each amendment will incur a fee starting from $75 per person. Additional fees and fare differences from third-party suppliers may apply.

Cancellation

Cancellation at any time will be subject to a fee from $550 per person, plus any additional fees and fare differences from third-party suppliers.

Deviation

Any deviation from original dates or routing is subject to a flight deviation fee from $150 per person plus applicable airfare and tax difference. Packaged tour extensions are exempt from the deviation fee if booked according to original advertised dates and routing.

Passport

For international travel, each traveler must provide a copy of their passport photo page at the time of booking. All names must match the passport exactly with six months validity beyond trip completion. Any fees due to incorrect names, invalid passport information, and expired passports are the customer’s liability.

Visa

Tourist visas are mandatory for Australian and most other nationalities traveling to India. It is essential to apply for an e-visa online prior to travel.

Health

Customers must adhere to all health, vaccination, COVID-19, and immigration requirements of each country and comply with the health requirements of all service providers. The costs for vaccinations, testing, and quarantine are the customer’s responsibility.

Baggage

Each traveler is allowed one bag not exceeding 20kg on the coach tour. Excess baggage is not permitted. A light day bag or backpack is allowed on the coach. Porterage is not included.

Meals

Notify Travel Central of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. Although requirements will be passed on, there is no guarantee that they will be accommodated.

Accommodation

A variety of accommodations, including hotels, resorts, and lodges, are selected according to group size. The standard check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out is before 10 am.

Tipping

In India, tipping is recommended and appreciated for good service, budgeting approximately AUD$5-10 per person per day.

Flights

The outbound and inbound flights may operate one day prior or after the itinerary. Flights are based on a specific predetermined airfare allowance, and significant increases may result in an airfare supplement.

Fuel

If significant fuel cost increases occur before travel, a fuel supplement may be passed on to the customer.

Transfers

Transfers may operate at designated times, possibly as group or independent services using private or public transportation.

Breakaway

Travel Insurance
